Today, we're excited to introduce our latest feature in Metriport: AI Summaries 🤖 (see docs).

Clinicians don't have time to sift through the entirety of a patient's clinical history to extract relevant details themselves—this is where Metriport's AI Summaries can help:

How Does It Work?

Metriport summarizes your lengthiest patient records into one cohesive paragraph consisting of the most relevant medical history you need to know about your patient - retrievable via the API or dashboard.

Clinical teams can configure prompts based on their specific use case (ie "Has my patient seen a PCP in the past 12 months?").

Under the hood, Metriport breaks down a single patient's consolidated clinical history from various HIEs into bite-size chunks, then feeds this into an LLM.
